Carver Ma-A woman entered a Massachusetts police station claiming she had been shot on Wednesday night.
The 28-year-old woman appeared at the Carver Police Department around 7:37 p.m. saying she had been shot at Sampson Pond.
Police said she had a gunshot wound on her leg.She was transported to South Shore Hospital in Weymouth with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators believe this was not a random act and there is no threat to public
