A dive team recovered the body from the pond in Myles Standish State Forest in Plymouth Saturday. Police received a report of a capsized canoe that was found in Curlew Pond around 1 p.m. Saturday. Divers found the body in the eastern end of the pond after a 45-minute search, said Battalion Chief Anthony Thompson. The person was pronounced dead at the scene about 3 p.m. Saturday, Middleton said.
